We use cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the hemp plant, which contains 80 percent essential fatty acid, more than any other plant. It also contains vitamins A, D and E, minerals, and omegas 3, 6, and 9, commonly found in fish oil, and is essential to healing and regenerating skin.
